Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the AdGlobal product-validation website, demo and any agreed design partner pilot.
Effective 2026-10-30 · Private Beta
1. Product status
AdGlobal is in product validation. Demo records may be synthetic and are labeled as such. Features, limits and availability may change. A paid pilot may include additional written success criteria and commercial terms.
2. No performance guarantee
AdGlobal provides research, creative workflow and decision-support tools. Public activity signals do not prove spend, conversions, profitability or ROAS. AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong and require human review. AdGlobal does not guarantee approval, delivery or campaign results.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide information and content you are authorized to use.
- Review claims, creative, targeting, budgets and platform settings before publication.
- Follow advertising platform rules and applicable law.
- Protect account credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Maintain evidence for product, health, environmental, financial or other regulated claims.
4. Prohibited use
- Political advertising or high-risk regulated campaigns unless separately supported in writing.
- Deceptive, discriminatory, unlawful or rights-infringing content.
- Attempting to bypass platform access controls, rate limits or security.
- Using AdGlobal to identify or profile private individuals.
- Republishing third-party media outside the rights granted by its source.
Content standards and reporting
These standards apply to prompts, uploads, AI outputs, static ad assets and content shared through AdGlobal. You must not request, generate, upload, create or distribute:
- Sexual, sexually explicit or other NSFW content.
- Violence, gore, dismemberment or content glorifying violence.
- Hate speech, dehumanization or abuse targeting protected groups, or incitement to discrimination or violence.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors, including synthetic or AI-generated material.
- Deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation of real people without their consent, including fabricated endorsements.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized copying of protected assets or misleading misuse of brands.
How to report content
Email support@adglobal.app with the subject “Content report”, a content URL or project/asset reference, the reason for your report and contact details for a reply. Copyright or trademark complaints may also use our rights request form. Do not download, copy or attach suspected CSAM; provide only its location and the necessary description.
Review and enforcement
We manually review reports against the content, context and available records, requesting additional information when necessary. We may restrict access during review of credible serious risks. Confirmed violations may result in content removal or disabled access, warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, depending on severity; repeated or serious violations may result in termination. Suspected illegal content is handled under applicable law and reported to relevant authorities when legally required. Where legally permitted and consistent with a safe investigation, we communicate the outcome. You may appeal through the same email address with additional evidence for manual reconsideration.
We manually review reports and require users to check outputs before publication. We do not promise that every item is pre-screened or claim automated detection of all violations. Users must review outputs before use or publication. This process does not override our refund policy or mandatory statutory rights.
AI models and static image production
In our most recent retained production verification, the model identifier used for creative copy, brief suggestions and collection comparisons was qwen3.8-max, accessed through an OpenAI-compatible model API. This identifier matches the code defaults and our most recent retained production-call verification on October 26, 2026. A service-returned model identifier is not independent certification of upstream model weights or provider ownership.
Meta Feed static assets combine this AI-assisted copy with brand assets and fixed layouts, rendered to PNG using SVG and Sharp. The current workflow does not call a separate text-to-image or video-generation model. Model inference, image rendering and copy generation are distinct steps. We will update this disclosure when changing the disclosed model or introducing an image-generation model.
5. Public records and third-party services
Advertising records and links may originate from third-party transparency or creative libraries. Availability and accuracy depend on those sources. Third-party platforms and AI providers have their own terms. AdGlobal may remove, correct or stop showing a record when required.
6. Customer content and feedback
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant AdGlobal the limited permission needed to operate requested features. Product feedback may be used to improve AdGlobal without identifying your confidential business information.
7. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Pilots are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The scope, price, currency, taxes and service dates are disclosed before purchase. A Pilot Order identifies the parties, deliverables, price allocation, data rights and governing law. Online payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Test-mode transactions do not charge real funds or constitute a purchase. This public refund policy applies to pilot purchases from October 29, 2026 without requiring a separate refund agreement.
- Before work starts: You may cancel for a full refund. Work starts when the agreed pilot work actually begins; payment or account creation alone does not count as starting work.
- After work starts: You may cancel the unfinished portion. Work already completed in accordance with the agreed scope is not refundable solely because you change your mind. Your refund equals the pilot fees paid minus the price of that completed, conforming work. Deductions may only use the price allocation disclosed in the order and agreed by both parties before purchase; if no allocation was agreed in advance, no deduction applies.
- Non-delivery or material defects: You may request a refund for portions not delivered, or materially inconsistent with the agreed scope where the issue remains uncorrected after you report it. If the entire service is not delivered, a full refund applies. Other remedies required by law remain available.
- Duplicate charges: Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.
To request cancellation or a refund, email support@adglobal.app with your order reference, purchase email and reason. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We will check payment and delivery records and communicate the decision and amount calculation. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days; the payment provider and bank determine when funds reach your account.
This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund, dispute or other statutory rights. A Pilot Order may offer more favorable protections but cannot reduce the refund protections stated here or your mandatory legal rights.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security, abuse, legal or platform-risk reasons. You may stop using the service and request deletion subject to necessary legal or audit retention.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AdGlobal is provided without warranties and is not responsible for indirect loss, platform decisions, campaign spend or business outcomes arising from unreviewed output. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
