Privacy Notice

This notice explains what AdGlobal currently collects, why it is used and the controls available during product validation.

Effective July 17, 2026 · Private Beta draft · Professional legal review required before Pilot Live approval

1. Information we collect

  • Account information such as name, email and authentication records when account features are enabled.
  • Design partner applications, including company, role, advertising workflow and voluntarily supplied business context.
  • Product feedback, support messages and rights requests.
  • Workspace content such as brands, watchlists, briefs, annotations and customer-authorized advertising metrics when those features are enabled.
  • Technical records needed for security and reliability, such as request time, error logs and rate-limit fingerprints. Rate-limit fingerprints are hashed rather than stored as raw IP addresses in the application.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure and improve the product.
  • Evaluate design partner fit and communicate about a requested pilot.
  • Generate evidence-linked analysis and reports requested by a workspace.
  • Respond to support, correction, removal and privacy requests.
  • Detect abuse, diagnose incidents and meet legal obligations.

3. AI providers and training

AdGlobal may send the minimum necessary inputs to configured AI providers to perform requested analysis. Provider retention and security logging depend on the applicable service agreements and configuration; this notice does not guarantee zero retention by third parties. Customer-private content and advertising metrics are not used to train a shared AdGlobal model by default. Any future opt-in program will require separate, explicit permission.

4. Advertising and public-source data

Public advertising records are treated separately from customer-private performance data. Source, observation time, rights status and confidence should remain visible. See the Data Sources & Methodology page.

5. Sharing and service providers

Hosting, managed database, email, AI, uptime/error monitoring and optional public-page analytics providers may process necessary information for AdGlobal. Production providers, regions and international transfers must be confirmed in the Pilot record and professional review. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

Customer-authorized Evidence follows its manifest retention period of 1–365 days. Expiry or deletion removes current Evidence and dependent links while preserving necessary batch state and audit records. Deleting current Evidence does not mean that historical generation snapshots, backups or downloaded files have also been deleted. Account, support, contract and security records are retained only for pilot operations and legal obligations. Workspace owners may request export or deletion.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or removal using the Rights Request form or by emailing support@adglobal.app. Identity or authority may need to be verified before action is taken.

8. Security and international processing

AdGlobal uses access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit logging and least-privilege design. No system is perfectly secure. Information may be processed in countries where configured providers operate.
